4 benefits warming up before workout

Hello guys for the second articles I want to share about benefits warming up before workout please enjoy ^^

Summary :

Warming up is an important part of working out at all times. Without properly getting the body ready for physical exertion, there are many risks you might find yourself taking. There are 4 benefits among others.

Improve elasticity in your muscles. When you warm up your muscles, you are basically improving their flexibility. You don’t even have to stretch your muscles to a point where you feel the stretch. Small movements can offer the same benefits as some yoga poses if they are performed for long enough periods and on a consistent basis.

Promote the circulation in your body. Warming up your body does more than just get your muscles ready for a workout; it helps your blood pressure stay consistent and improves the movement of your limbs. When you increase the circulation in your body, you might find that you can run a little faster and do an extra set of weight training.

Keep yourself from hitting fatigue. Your muscles will get you through a workout whether you warm up or not, but you probably won’t get as far, run as fast or be able to push through that intense workout video as easily if you aren’t warming up before your workout.

Gain more muscles control. You might find it hard to perform some moves in a dance or yoga class, or in a workout video you have been trying out at home. This could be due to muscle control, and getting your body to do what your mind tells it to do.
